What are the System Requirements?
For the minimum system requirements, see System Requirements.
Track Process is designed to run with Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows 2003, or Windows XP. The program is designed to operate best on a 15" or larger monitor with the display settings of Small Fonts (Windows Default), High Color (16 bit) or higher, and a screen resolution of 800x600 pixels. Follow the instructions given on Installation manual.

Can Track Process will run on a Macintosh/Apple Computer?
Yes, Track Process can be run on a Mac and it is platform independent.

How does it work?
• Each client and each vendor has its own website with the Track Process engine
• On this website orders from clients are entered
• Material inward and outward are entered and tracked
• Status is updated for each order at any time and this information is stored


What happens to this data?
• This data is logically stored for each and every order and suborder and it is visible to each user as per the privileges set by the administrator.
• Once a status is entered it can be changed only on the course of the same day whereby giving credibility to the data.
• This data is viewed by the client collectively and individually with all data.


How can status be updated?
• The status of the order can be updated by the vendor directly on the web, or by sending a fax or email or simply calling our call center
• Various users from various departments can update data pertaining to each department simultaneously.
• Eventually this information can be directly ported from an ERP system used.


How can I view the status?
• One can go directly to the vendor site, login and find status of his orders comprehensively
• Or the clients website can be linked with the various vendors site and arranged by type of vendors and this information can be consol datively seen on the client website itself


What are other possibilities?
• The client can have various resident users to view various levels of the data from the vendors sites
• The client can send feedback for each order for each status thus creating a business communication channel
• The client can search orders by various parameters
• Reports can be generated and data exported to various other programs


What is the size it can handle?
• Track Process can link thousands of vendor websites at the same time which means that all those orders with those vendors can be tracked at any time
• It can handle tens and thousands of users for each site at the same time feeding authentic data
• It can handle millions of orders for each vendor and each client.
